Shipping & Delivery

We can send your order anywhere within Australia. All our items are Warehouse packed for safe delivery. We ship all products by Australia Post courier unless otherwise directed. This usually takes between 1 to 5 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination area.

We normally ship our products within one or two business days unless requested otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within two business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

Security and Reliability Parcel shipped by Registered Post or Express Post (if requested) carries tracking number, which is scanned during the delivery process and trackable. Signature is also required when receiving the item. It will be transferred to the nearby local post office await for collection if no one attended upon delivery. Don't have to drive miles away to pick up from the courier depot!

Note: Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery times due to inconsistent postal standards across the country. We will work with Australia Post to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

We are entitled to charge a fee of $10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Returns & Replacements

 If an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with within 7 days from date of despatch of goods.

NO Returns will be accepted if the product has signs of being used and/or is not in its original package. After Dark Accessories has the final say if the product is to be returned for repairs, replacement or refunded.

The following options will then be made available:

1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.

2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.

3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased by direct credit, the debited account shall be credited).

4. Postage: All postage costs will be at the customers expense.

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Exchanges will not be permitted.

As a consumer, you are entitled to return the products if they are:

• faulty
• significantly different to those shown or described to you

• not doing what they're supposed to do.When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind.

The cost of return shipment will be the responsibility of the buyer.

The returned items will be inspected and if faulty, it will either be replaced where possible or a refund will be given within 10 business days. Please note that Shipping or handling costs are non-refundable.

If a faulty returned item is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of $20.000 will be charged, and the item will be shipped back to the customer at his/her expense.

Ordering

Please include Name, user ID or Order Number as references if pay by Bank Deposits. If not, we might not be able to find your payment and it will delay the shipment.

Payments must be made within SEVEN (7) days otherwise we will release the item for sale again and "Unpaid items" will be reported and a strike will be placed on your account under our Unpaid Item Process.

PRICING
All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of After Dark Accessories . All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD, $). After Dark Accessories reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer, translation errors etc. Prices are not negotiable and do not include postage and handling. Postage and handling costs will be calculated when completing the order.

PAYMENT
Payment options provided by Direct Deposit, Poli, Credit Card, Skrill (Moneybookers) or PayPal. Direct Deposit may require 1 - 3 days for funds to clear.

Terms of Sale

Buyers have to read and agree all of the Warranty, Postage & Handling fee (+insurance if it applies), Shipping policy, Payment detail, and Feedback instructions before bidding.

The buyer must complete the sale transaction ( including payment ) within 7 days from the date of receipt of sale email confirmation. Otherwise, he/she will be considered a NON-PAYING buyer.

While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional.

All Sales are Final. ADA won't accept exchange because item is not what was expected, change of mind, or any other excuse.

An item can only be returned to ADA after we agree. Any item sent back to ADA without prior agreement will automatically be sent back to the sender.

For any warranty, buyer is responsible for postage back to ADA, whilst the ADA is responsible for postage back to buyer.

Whereby the item/function/free gifts listed is a "bonus", it is purely an addition as a special for the item. These items/functions/free gifts are not covered by the warranty anyway, as they are a bonus.

If an item is returned to the seller due to an incorrect address given by the buyer. The buyer has to pay a re-delivery fee to cover any additional admin, and handling fee, plus the return postage fee.
